Video Advisor Technical Requirements
The Talkative video advisory application requires sufficient bandwidth for a successful call.
For each concurrent session, it is recommended that the following bandwidth is available. The figures below are guidelines for performance. Figures are equally applicable for both agent and customer:

* ‘Each Way’ means the quoted figure is required for both upload and download rates.
These figures assume 2-way video and advisor desktop streaming. Each video stream (end-user to agent, or agent to end-user) is 1-way.
Agent Desktop Browser Requirements

Customers are asked to test their device and connection on the Talkative check page before arranging a session: https://testcall.me/
This page will give the customer a summary of whether their device is eligible for a video advisory session. The page tests for bandwidth, mic/camera availability, and browser compatibility.
