Tags allow Talkative interactions to be categorised.
As a Supervisor or Account Holder, you can create tags to classify each interaction.
Agents are able to classify interactions with appropriate tags after any chat, voice, video, or cobrowse session.
To create a tag, navigate to https://engage.talkative.uk/tags
Here, you can create, edit or delete a tag.
After each interaction, agents are asked to appropriately tag the interaction.
Multiple tags can be added for each interaction.
Note: If no tags are created, agents will not be prompted to classify the interaction.
Interaction logs can be filtered by tag for monitoring purposes.
