Analytics

Talkative provides real time and historical reporting on web chat, cobrowsing, voice and video sessions. Sessions are all reported on by a metadata based reporting system that allows drill down. Reports can be either selected from a list or viewed by a dashboard. Information is displayed in both chart and tabular form. Reports can be defined to auto-refresh every configured number of seconds. Dashboards and reports are owned by a company and only accessible to users of the company with the “view analytics” permission granted to their role. The dashboard view is defined by a set of metadata detailing the reports to be displayed and the space (size) of each report.

For example a top level report (currently one defined as not requiring any parameters) that shows the number of calls each day over the last 12 months as a bar graph. When a point is clicked on, it drills down to show a report that shows the number of calls per hour for the selected day as a line graph. When a point is clicked on it drills down to show the calls for the selected hour as a timeline graph.
